On a frigid Saturday afternoon, my friend and I stumbled upon the Broadway and 76th Street (New York) L’Occitane store and the fun began. The sales associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a demo with their hand scrub and guided us in trying as many products as our hearts desired. We had an amazing experience.
