Juicing is one of my favorite discoveries of all times. I started juicing back in 2013 and I have never felt better. Juicing is great for loosing weight, clearing up blemished skin, and healing all kinds of ailments. Contrary to popular belief, juicing is not starvation because you are in fact still eating. You are drinking the micronutrients coming from fruits and vegetables which your body needs to function properly. And since juice is fast absorbing, it is an easy way to nourish your body without any extra fat or chemicals.
Juicing is not as simple as picking up juice at the grocery store because all juices are not created equal. Most of the juices you will find on the shelves of a grocery store are full of sugar. And even if they are sugar-free,  they are still overly processed. They are not the same as fresh juices coming out of a juicer.
I want to share with you a recipe I recently discovered. It is great for boosting your immune system. Since common colds and the influenza virus are rampant this year, I think  you will find it helpful. The garlic in the recipe gives this juice an interesting taste but it is worth it because of garlic’s antibiotic properties.

IMMUNITY JUICEÂ
Ingredients
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Apple
- 1/2″ Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon
1. Using a juicer, process celery, carrots, garlic, apple, ginger and lemon. Whisk, pour into a glass and drink!
